- 1 box (3 ounces) strawberry-flavored gelatin
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Combine the strawberry gelatin, 1/2 cup flour, and 1/4 cup butter in a medium bowl until crumbly.
- Mix 1/2 cup flour, 1/4 cup butter, 1/4 cup sugar, and 1 teaspoon vanilla in another bowl until crumbly.
- Bake the crumble mixtures on a parchment-lined baking sheet for about 7-8 minutes or until golden brown.
- Whip the heavy whipping cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form, then refrigerate.
- Beat the cream cheese until smooth in a large bowl, then add the sweetened condensed milk and strawberry puree until well combined.
- Fold the whipped cream into the strawberry filling gently to keep it light and fluffy.
- Pour the strawberry filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top.
- Cover the pie with plastic wrap or aluminum foil and freeze for about 4 to 5 hours until firm.
- Thaw the pie for about 10 minutes before serving.
- Sprinkle the cooled crumbles over the top just before serving.
Notes
For best flavor, use fresh strawberries for the puree. Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for smooth blending.
