  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 package (14.4 oz) graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup strawberry jam

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cream cheese mixture: Take a mixing bowl and place the softened cream cheese in it. Using an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese until it becomes smooth and creamy. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract while continuing to beat the mixture until smooth.
  2. Whip the cream: In another bowl, pour in the heavy whipping cream and whip until it forms stiff peaks.
  3. Fold the mixtures together: Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture using a rubber spatula.
  4. Layering the cake: Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture at the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish.
  5. Add graham crackers: Lay the graham crackers over the cream cheese mixture, breaking them into smaller pieces if necessary.
  6. Spread strawberry jam: Spread a layer of strawberry jam over the graham crackers.
  7. Add sliced strawberries: Add a layer of sliced strawberries on top of the jam.
  8. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of cream cheese mixture on top.
  9. Chill the cake: Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  10. Garnish and serve: Serve cold, garnished with additional sliced strawberries if desired.
