Instructions
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine the vanilla protein powder, oat flour, crushed freeze-dried strawberries, and a pinch of salt. Mix thoroughly for even distribution.
- Add Wet Ingredients: Add softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Mix to bind ingredients.
- Stir Until Combined: Use a fork or spatula to mix until a thick, dough-like mixture forms. Add milk if the mixture is dry.
- Roll into Balls: Scoop a small amount of mixture and roll into bite-sized balls, about one inch in diameter.
- Coat Your Balls (Optional): Roll them in pink or red sprinkles or crushed strawberries for visual appeal and added flavor.
- Refrigerate: Place the protein balls on a plate or container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Store Properly: Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
