Ingredients

- 1 packet of flavored jello (your choice of fruit flavor)
- 1 cup of boiling water
- 1 cup of cold water
- 2 cups of plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup of whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
- Fresh fruit pieces for garnish (optional)
- Mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the jello: In a mixing bowl, dissolve the jello packet in 1 cup of boiling water. Stir well until the jello is completely dissolved.
- Add cold water: Once the jello is dissolved, add in 1 cup of cold water. Mix well.
- Let it chill: Place the jello mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, or until it starts to thicken.
- Mix in Greek yogurt: In a separate large mixing bowl, add the plain Greek yogurt. Pour the jello into the yogurt, mixing gently.
- Fold in whipped topping: Next, add the whipped topping to the mixture. Gently fold it in to combine.
- Transfer to serving dish: Pour the mixture into your desired serving dish or individual cups.
- Chill again: Cover with plastic wrap and place it back in the refrigerator. Chill for at least 120-180 minutes.
- Garnish and serve: Add fresh fruit pieces on top for garnish before serving.
Notes
Can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3-5 days.
