- Tzatziki sauce, for serving
Instructions
- Heat the skillet: Start by heating the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Prepare the chicken: Once the oil is hot, add the diced chicken to the skillet. Season the chicken with oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook the chicken: Cook for about 6-8 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Warm the tortillas: Warm your tortillas in a pan over low heat or in the microwave.
- Assemble the tacos: Take a warm tortilla, add chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and feta cheese. Drizzle with tzatziki sauce.
