Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat for 6-8 minutes until no longer pink, draining excess fat.
  3. Sauté the chopped bell peppers and onion for 4-5 minutes until tender.
  4. Add the beef stock and diced tomatoes, seasoning with salt and pepper.
