Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons jelly or jam
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream
  • Optional: crushed nuts or sprinkles for coating

Instructions

  1. Spread peanut butter on one slice of bread.
  2. Spread jelly on the other slice of bread.
  3. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream to the jelly-covered slice.
  4. Assemble by placing the peanut butter slice on top of the ice cream.
  5. Coat the edges with crushed nuts or sprinkles if desired.
  6. Freeze the sandwich for about 30 minutes.
  7. Serve and let it sit at room temperature for a minute before slicing.
  8. Slice in half or quarters and enjoy!
