- 2 slices of bread
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons jelly or jam
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream

Instructions
- Spread peanut butter on one slice of bread.
- Spread jelly on the other slice of bread.
- Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream to the jelly-covered slice.
- Assemble by placing the peanut butter slice on top of the ice cream.
- Coat the edges with crushed nuts or sprinkles if desired.
- Freeze the sandwich for about 30 minutes.
- Serve and let it sit at room temperature for a minute before slicing.
