Ingredients

  • 1 sleeve graham crackers (or 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • Two 8-ounce blocks of cream cheese, softened
  • 14-ounce can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla paste or vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Prepare the strawberries by washing, drying, and slicing them. Combine with sugar, lemon zest, and juice; let sit for 15-30 minutes.
  2. Make the graham cracker crumbs by crushing them and mixing with melted butter.
  3. Whip the cream cheese until smooth, then add sweetened condensed milk gradually and stir in vanilla.
  4. Assemble the parfaits in glasses, layering graham cracker mixture, cheesecake filling, and strawberries.
  5. Chill the parfaits in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

For the best flavor, use ripe strawberries. The parfaits can be prepared a day in advance.
