Instructions
- Mix ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter, softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth.
- Fold in whipped topping: Gently fold in the whipped topping to retain its airy texture.
- Layering the parfaits: Spoon a layer of cookie crumbs at the bottom of serving glasses.
- Add peanut butter mixture: Spread a layer of the peanut butter mixture on top of the crumbs.
- Repeat layers: Continue layering until the glasses are filled, finishing with peanut butter mixture.
- Drizzle with chocolate syrup if desired.
- Refrigerate: Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
