- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup white chocolate, melted
- 1/2 cup sugar

- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
Instructions
- Prepare the crust: Crush the Oreo cookies in a zip-top bag or food processor. Melt the butter and mix it with the crushed cookies. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Make the filling: Beat the cream cheese until smooth, then mix in melted white chocolate, sugar, and vanilla extract.
- Whip the cream: Whip the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form and gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Add Oreos: Fold whole or chopped Oreo cookies into the mixture.
- Assemble the cheesecake: Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top.
- Chill the cheesecake: Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for optimal results.
- Serve and enjoy: Slice and serve chilled; optionally garnish with crushed Oreos or chocolate shavings.
