Instructions

- Fold in the whipped cream gently until no streaks remain.
- Combine the graham cracker crust by mixing crushed graham crackers with melted butter.
- Create the crust in mini cupcake liners, pressing the graham cracker mixture down firmly.
- Fill the lined crusts with the cream cheese mixture, leaving space for strawberries.
- Top with sliced strawberries, arranging them as desired.
- Chill the cheesecakes in the refrigerator for at least one hour to set.
- Dust with powdered sugar if desired before serving.
