Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1 cup lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cucumbers, diced
  • 1 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken breast by seasoning with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
  2. Cook the chicken on a grill or skillet for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  3. Let the chicken rest for about 5-10 minutes to redistribute juices.
  4. Slice the chicken thinly against the grain.
  5. Assemble the wraps with tzatziki sauce, sliced chicken, lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, and red onion.
  6. Roll the wrap tightly and cut in half for easier handling.
