- 1 lb chicken breast
- 4 whole wheat wraps
- 1 cup tzatziki sauce
- 1 cup lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup cucumbers, diced
- 1 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Prepare the chicken breast by seasoning with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
- Cook the chicken on a grill or skillet for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Let the chicken rest for about 5-10 minutes to redistribute juices.
- Slice the chicken thinly against the grain.
- Assemble the wraps with tzatziki sauce, sliced chicken, lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, and red onion.
- Roll the wrap tightly and cut in half for easier handling.
- Serve immediately or store wrapped for later.
