Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup diced fresh mango
  • 1 cup plain non-fat yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • Dash of cinnamon (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients by cutting fresh mangoes into small cubes.
  2. Gather everything in a blender: the mango, yogurt, milk, sugar, and optional spices.
  3. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 30 to 60 seconds.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness as desired, blending briefly if you add more sugar.
  5. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 to 60 minutes before enjoying.
  6. Garnish if desired and enjoy alongside spicy dishes or as a snack.

Notes

For a vegan version, substitute yogurt with coconut yogurt and milk with almond milk.
