- 1 cup diced fresh mango
- 1 cup plain non-fat yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- Dash of cinnamon (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients by cutting fresh mangoes into small cubes.
- Gather everything in a blender: the mango, yogurt, milk, sugar, and optional spices.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 30 to 60 seconds.
- Taste and adjust sweetness as desired, blending briefly if you add more sugar.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 to 60 minutes before enjoying.
- Garnish if desired and enjoy alongside spicy dishes or as a snack.
Notes
For a vegan version, substitute yogurt with coconut yogurt and milk with almond milk.
