Instructions

  1. Preheat your pan: Start by heating your pan over medium heat.
  2. Prepare the cabbage: Cut the cabbage into thick slices, about 1 inch each.
  3. Mix the glaze: Combine the honey, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  4. Brush with glaze: Apply the glaze on both sides of each cabbage steak.
  5. Cook the cabbage steaks: Place the cabbage steaks in the skillet and sear each side for approximately 4 to 5 minutes.
  6. Finish and serve: Remove the cabbage steaks from the pan, drizzle with leftover glaze, and garnish with herbs.
