Ingredients

- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb scallops
- 1 lb firm white fish, cut into chunks
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into squares
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into squares
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Combine the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Add the shrimp, scallops, and fish chunks to the bowl with the marinade.
- Skewer the seafood and vegetables onto the skewers, alternating between them.
- Grill the skewers for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a minute before serving.
Notes
Soak wooden skewers in water before grilling to prevent burning. Select fresh seafood for best flavor.
