Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb scallops
  • 1 lb firm white fish, cut into chunks
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into squares
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into squares
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Combine the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add the shrimp, scallops, and fish chunks to the bowl with the marinade.
  4. Skewer the seafood and vegetables onto the skewers, alternating between them.
  5. Grill the skewers for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
  6. Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a minute before serving.

Notes

Soak wooden skewers in water before grilling to prevent burning. Select fresh seafood for best flavor.
