Description

A creamy and flavorful classic egg salad perfect for sandwiches, wraps, or as a standalone dish.


Ingredients

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives or green onions
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped celery (optional)

Instructions

  1. Peel the hard-boiled eggs and remove all shell pieces.
  2. Chop the eggs into small pieces and place them in a mixing bowl.
  3. Mix the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard into the bowl.
  4. Season with salt and pepper according to your taste.
  5. Add the chopped chives or green onions and celery if using.
  6. Final gently mix everything together.
  7. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator.
