- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

- 2 tablespoons chopped chives or green onions

Instructions
- Peel the hard-boiled eggs and remove all shell pieces.
- Chop the eggs into small pieces and place them in a mixing bowl.
- Mix the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard into the bowl.
- Season with salt and pepper according to your taste.
- Add the chopped chives or green onions and celery if using.
- Final gently mix everything together.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator.
