Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients: Wash the baby potatoes thoroughly. Cut them in half or quarters if preferred. Cut the steak into bite-sized pieces.
- Combine ingredients in the slow cooker: Place the cut steak bites into the slow cooker. Add the prepared potatoes and the minced garlic.
- Melt the butter: In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat, then drizzle it over the steak and potatoes.
- Add liquids and seasoning: Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and black pepper.
- Stir gently: Mix everything to ensure the ingredients are well combined.
- Cook: Set the slow cooker on low heat to cook for 6 to 8 hours.
- Final stir and serve: After cooking, give the mixture a gentle stir and serve hot, garnished with parsley.
