Instructions
- Preheat the oven according to the instructions on the brownie mix box, usually set to around 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the brownie batter by combining the brownie mix with the required eggs, vegetable oil, and water. Stir until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking pan evenly.
- Bake the brownies according to the box instructions, about 20-25 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
- Cool the brownies in the pan for about 10-15 minutes.
- Prepare the waffle iron by preheating and spraying it with cooking spray.
- Cut the cooled brownies into squares.
- Waffle the brownies in the waffle iron for about 2-4 minutes until crispy outside and soft inside.
- Assemble the ice cream sandwiches by placing a scoop of ice cream between two brownie waffles.
- Add toppings like chocolate syrup, whipped cream, or sprinkles.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
