Description
A delicious and unique twist on traditional nachos, featuring creamy crab and crispy wonton chips.
Ingredients
- Wonton wrappers
- Cream cheese
- Imitation crab meat
- Sweet chili sauce
- Garlic chili oil
- Green onions (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cutting the wonton wrappers into triangles ensures they will crisp up nicely when baked.
- Arrange the triangles on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for about 10 minutes until crispy and golden. Keep an eye on them to ensure they don’t burn.
- Mix together cream cheese, imitation crab meat, sweet chili sauce, and garlic chili oil in a bowl. The cream cheese will need to be soft for easy mixing.
- Top each chip generously with the crab mixture once your wonton chips are baked. Drizzle with additional sweet chili sauce and garlic chili oil if desired.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving warm.
Notes
For best results, serve immediately after making. Consider pairing with additional dipping sauces.
