  • Spanish goat cheese

Instructions

  1. Toast the artisan bread until golden brown.
  2. Smash the avocado and spread it on the toasted bread.
  3. Cook the chorizo in a skillet until browned and crumbled.
  4. Soft boil the eggs by boiling them for about 6-7 minutes, then transfer to ice water and peel.
  5. Place the crumbled chorizo over the smashed avocado.
  6. Top each toast with a soft-boiled egg.
  7. Drizzle with Crema Mexicana and sprinkle with Spanish goat cheese. Serve immediately.
