Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Slice the bananas into thick rounds, about half an inch thick, and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  2. Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring after each until smooth.
  3. Spread a generous layer of peanut butter on each banana slice.
  4. Dip each peanut butter-topped banana slice into the melted chocolate to fully coat.
  5. Add a sprinkle of sea salt on top of each piece after dipping.
  6. Freeze the baking sheet for about 30 minutes, or until the chocolate is set.
  7. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
