- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- Slice the bananas into thick rounds, about half an inch thick, and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring after each until smooth.
- Spread a generous layer of peanut butter on each banana slice.
- Dip each peanut butter-topped banana slice into the melted chocolate to fully coat.
- Add a sprinkle of sea salt on top of each piece after dipping.
- Freeze the baking sheet for about 30 minutes, or until the chocolate is set.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
