Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup crunchy tortilla strips
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1/2 cup chipotle ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Grill the chicken by seasoning it to taste. Preheat your grill and cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked, then chop.
  2. Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave until pliable.
  3. Assemble the burrito by layering chicken, tortilla strips, lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese on one tortilla.
  4. Add the chipotle ranch dressing over the fillings.
  5. Roll the tortilla, folding in the sides and rolling tightly from the bottom.
  6. Serve the burrito seam-side down on a plate, cutting in half if desired, with extra dressing on the side.
