- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup crunchy tortilla strips
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1/2 cup chipotle ranch dressing
Instructions
- Grill the chicken by seasoning it to taste. Preheat your grill and cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked, then chop.
- Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave until pliable.
- Assemble the burrito by layering chicken, tortilla strips, lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese on one tortilla.
- Add the chipotle ranch dressing over the fillings.
- Roll the tortilla, folding in the sides and rolling tightly from the bottom.
- Serve the burrito seam-side down on a plate, cutting in half if desired, with extra dressing on the side.
