Instructions

  1. Mix the ingredients: Begin by taking a large mixing bowl. Add the ground chicken, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley. Use clean hands or a spoon to mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
  2. Shape the kofta: Once the mixture is combined, take a portion and roll it between your palms to form small logs or patties, about 1 inch thick. Place them on a tray.
  3. Cook the kofta: Preheat your grill or skillet to medium heat for 5-10 minutes. If using a skillet, add a small amount of oil to prevent sticking. Carefully place the kofta onto the hot surface. Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
