Description

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 grilled chicken breast
  • 2 slices of Brie cheese
  • 2 tablespoons apricot jam
  • Lettuce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread until golden brown.
  2. Spread apricot jam evenly over one slice of toasted bread.
  3. Place the grilled chicken breast on top of the jam.
  4. Add the Brie cheese slices on top of the chicken.
  5. Top with a handful of crisp lettuce.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Complete the sandwich with the other slice of toasted bread and press gently.
  8. Cut the sandwich in half and serve immediately.
