A creamy latte combining the rich flavors of Biscoff cookies with espresso and steamed milk.

- 2 tablespoons Biscoff cookie butter
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 shot espresso or 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee
- 1 cup steamed or hot milk
- Foam (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- Add 2 tablespoons of Biscoff cookie butter, 1 tablespoon of brown sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract into a large mug.
- Brew a shot of espresso or prepare 1/2 cup of strong coffee and pour it over the mixture.
- Stir until the cookie butter and brown sugar are completely dissolved.
- Steam the milk until hot and frothy.
- Pour the steamed milk into the coffee mixture while stirring gently.
- If desired, top your latte with some foam.
- Serve warm and enjoy your latte.
Notes
For a fun twist, try adding chocolate syrup or coconut milk. For iced versions, blend the ingredients with ice.
