Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill or parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare a baking dish by lightly spraying it with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Make the marinade by whisking together the Dijon mustard, honey, minced garlic, and lemon juice in a small bowl.
  4. Arrange the salmon fillets skin-side down in the prepared baking dish.
  5. Season the salmon fillets generously with salt and pepper.
  6. Add half of the marinade over the salmon fillets and let it rest for a few minutes.
  7. Bake the salmon for 15 to 20 minutes, until cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
