Crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, these air fryer honey butter garlic tenders are a delightful blend of sweet and savory flavors.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken tenders
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
  • Cooking spray (for air fryer)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine honey, melted unsalted butter, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika in a mixing bowl.
  3. Coat the chicken tenders with the honey garlic mixture until evenly covered.
  4. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  5. Place the chicken tenders in a single layer in the basket and air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and serve hot.
