Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt and honey. Adjust sweetness to taste.
  2. Fold in your choice of chopped fruit.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top.
  4. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 240-360 minutes or until solid.
  5. Run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to release the popsicles.

Notes

For a creamier texture, use full-fat Greek yogurt. Experiment with flavors by adding vanilla extract or different fruits.
