Healthy and refreshing Greek yogurt popsicles made with only three ingredients: Greek yogurt, honey, and fresh fruit.
Ingredients

- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey (adjust to taste)
- 1 cup fresh fruit (e.g., strawberries, blueberries, mango)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt and honey. Adjust sweetness to taste.
- Fold in your choice of chopped fruit.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 240-360 minutes or until solid.
- Run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to release the popsicles.
Notes
For a creamier texture, use full-fat Greek yogurt. Experiment with flavors by adding vanilla extract or different fruits.
