A refreshing and colorful Winter Fruit Salad featuring seasonal fruits tossed in a light honey-lime dressingĀ perfect for brightening up cold days and holiday tables.
Ingredients
2 cups pomegranate seeds
2 cups peeled and segmented oranges (such as clementines or mandarins)
2 cups sliced kiwi
2 cups diced apples
1 cup red grapes, halved
1 cup green grapes, halved
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 tbsp finely chopped fresh mint (optional)
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine pomegranate seeds, oranges, kiwi, apples, and grapes.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey and lime juice until smooth.
3. Pour the honey-lime dressing over the fruit and gently toss to coat.
4. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to let flavors blend.
5. Garnish with fresh mint before serving, if desired.
Notes
You can add sliced pears or persimmons for extra seasonal flavor.
For a lighter version, swap honey with agave or maple syrup.
