Ingredients

2 cups pomegranate seeds

2 cups peeled and segmented oranges (such as clementines or mandarins)

2 cups sliced kiwi

2 cups diced apples

1 cup red grapes, halved

1 cup green grapes, halved

1/4 cup honey

2 tbsp fresh lime juice

1 tbsp finely chopped fresh mint (optional)


Instructions

1. In a large bowl, combine pomegranate seeds, oranges, kiwi, apples, and grapes.

2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey and lime juice until smooth.

3. Pour the honey-lime dressing over the fruit and gently toss to coat.

4. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to let flavors blend.
