- 1 1/2 cups whole milk ricotta
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp honey
- Pinch sea salt
- 2 cups red seedless grapes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp honey (for the grapes)
- 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
- Pinch flaky salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the grapes with olive oil, 1 1/2 tbsp honey, thyme, and flaky salt.
- Spread coated grapes on a baking sheet and roast for about 20 minutes until they burst.
- Let the grapes cool slightly.
- In a bowl, whip the ricotta, heavy cream, 1 tbsp honey, and sea salt until fluffy.
- In serving jars, layer the whipped ricotta and roasted grapes, repeating until full.
- Garnish with a drizzle of honey and fresh thyme leaves.
Notes
Use quality ricotta for the best flavor. Adjust the sweetness of the honey to your preference.
