- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1 package mini taco shells
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Filling: Start by taking a large mixing bowl. In this bowl, add the cooked ground beef.
- Mix in Cream Cheese and Ranch Dressing: Add the softened cream cheese and ranch dressing, then mix until well blended.
- Add Cheddar Cheese, Tomatoes, and Green Onions: Stir in the cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, and green onions until everything is well incorporated.
- Fill the Taco Shells: Spoon the mixture into each mini taco shell, filling generously but not overflowing.
- Garnish: If desired, sprinkle chopped cilantro on top of each filled taco shell.
