Ingredients

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup pineapple chunks (canned or fresh)
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- Mix the pineapple chunks, soy sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, minced garlic, and minced ginger in a bowl until well combined.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken breasts.
- Add the sliced bell pepper on top.
- Cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
- Serve garnished with chopped green onions.
