Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a 9×5-inch loaf pan by greasing it with butter or cooking spray.
  3. Cream the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then mix in the vanilla extract.
  5. Incorporate the mashed bananas and sour cream until smooth.
  6. Mix the dry ingredients: whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
