- 1.5 cups mashed ripe bananas (about 3–4 bananas)
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease and line the loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl.
- Combine melted butter, vegetable oil, and granulated sugar in a large bowl until smooth.
- Add the eggs one at a time and mix in the vanilla extract.
- Fold in the mashed bananas using a spatula.
- Incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Add the semi-sweet chocolate chips and gently fold them in.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
- Cool the bread in the pan for 10 to 15 minutes before removing.
