- 1/2 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 small garlic clove, minced
- 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
- 1 1/2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/4 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
- Pinch of sea salt
- Fresh basil, thinly sliced (optional)
- Extra cracked pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Feta Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the crumbled feta cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, fresh lemon juice, and minced garlic. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Prepare the Strawberry Topping: In a separate bowl, mix the hulled strawberries with balsamic vinegar, honey, freshly cracked black pepper, and a pinch of sea salt. Let sit for a few minutes.
- Assemble the Dish: Serve the whipped feta base on a plate and spoon the balsamic strawberry topping over it.
- Garnish and Serve: Add fresh basil and additional cracked pepper if desired. Serve immediately.
