Ingredients

- 2 cups crushed pretzels
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup strawberry Jello
- 2 cups boiling water
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine crushed pretzels, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a bowl.
- Press the pretzel mixture into a 9×13 inch baking dish and bake for 10 minutes.
- Cool the crust completely after baking.
- Mix the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, then fold in whipped topping.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust.
- Dissolve the strawberry Jello in boiling water and let it cool slightly.
- Stir in sliced strawberries into the Jello mixture.
- Pour the Jello and strawberry mixture over the cream cheese layer.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set.
- Cut into squares and serve chilled.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-5 days. Avoid freezing to maintain texture.
