Ingredients
15 mini phyllo shells
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tbsp powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup fresh strawberries, finely chopped
Mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
1. Place phyllo shells on a serving tray.
2. In a bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
3. Spoon or pipe whipped cream into each phyllo shell.
4. Top with chopped strawberries.
5. Garnish with mint leaves if desired.
6. Serve immediately or refrigerate briefly before serving.
