Ingredients
1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix
2 cups cold milk
1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
2 bananas, sliced
1 1/2 cups strawberries, sliced
30 vanilla wafer cookies
Fresh mint or extra fruit for garnish (optional)
Instructions
1. In a medium bowl, whisk pudding mix and cold milk for 2 minutes until thickened.
2. Fold in whipped topping until smooth and creamy.
3. In a trifle dish or serving cups, layer vanilla wafers, followed by a layer of pudding, banana slices, and strawberries.
4. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a pudding layer on top.
