This creamy, spicy Sriracha Cheddar Cheese Dip is the ultimate party appetizer rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced with heat and tang. Serve warm with chips, veggies, or soft pretzels!
Ingredients
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2–4 tbsp Sriracha (adjust to spice level)
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp chopped green onions (optional, garnish)
Instructions
1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Stir until smooth and melted.
2. Add shredded cheddar cheese and mix until fully melted and creamy.
3. Stir in Sriracha, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
4. Taste and adjust the Sriracha level to your desired heat.
5. Remove from heat and transfer to a serving bowl.
6. Garnish with green onions if desired.
7. Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, pretzels, or veggies.
Notes
For extra heat, add a pinch of cayenne or crushed red pepper flakes.
Can be made ahead—reheat over low heat or in the microwave.
