A fluffy, protein-packed omelette loaded with tender spinach and melted cheese simple, delicious, and perfect for a quick breakfast or light lunch.
Ingredients
3 large eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite)
1/2 cup fresh spinach, chopped
1 tbsp butter or olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. In a small bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
2. Heat butter or oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
3. Add chopped spinach and sauté for 1–2 minutes until wilted.
4. Pour in the egg mixture, tilting the pan to spread it evenly.
5. When the edges begin to set, sprinkle cheese over half of the omelette.
6. Fold the omelette in half and cook for another minute until the cheese melts.
7. Slide onto a plate and serve hot.
Notes
Add diced tomatoes, mushrooms, or onions for extra flavor.
Use egg whites only for a lighter version.
Top with a sprinkle of feta or a drizzle of hot sauce for a gourmet twist.
