Elegant and easy smoked salmon rolls filled with creamy cheese, fresh herbs, and a hint of lemon a light, flavorful appetizer perfect for brunch or special occasions.
Ingredients
8 oz smoked salmon slices
6 oz cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
1 tbsp chives, chopped
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Capers or cucumber slices for garnish
Instructions
1. In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, lemon juice, dill, chives, black pepper, and garlic powder until smooth.
2. Lay out slices of smoked salmon on a clean surface or parchment paper.
3. Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture over each salmon slice.
4. Carefully roll up each slice into a tight roll.
5. Place rolls seam-side down and refrigerate for 15–20 minutes to firm up.
6. Slice rolls into bite-size pieces if desired.
7. Arrange on a platter and garnish with capers or cucumber slices.
8. Serve chilled.
Notes
Add a small piece of cucumber or avocado inside each roll for extra texture.
You can use flavored cream cheese for variety.
Best served fresh but can be made a few hours ahead and kept refrigerated.
