Ingredients
8 oz smoked salmon slices
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
1 tbsp capers
Crackers or crostini for serving
Optional: cucumber slices
Instructions
1. Lay smoked salmon slices flat on a cutting board.
2. Gently roll each slice into a rose shape.
3. Arrange salmon rosettes on a serving platter.
4. In a small bowl, mix cream cheese with lemon juice and dill.
5. Add small dollops of cream cheese near the rosettes.
6. Garnish with capers and optional cucumber slices.
7. Serve immediately with crackers or crostini.
Notes
Use cold salmon for easier shaping.
