Ingredients

- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
- Cook the sliced chicken breasts, seasoning with salt and pepper, for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Add minced garlic and zucchini, cooking for another 5 minutes until the zucchini is soft but slightly crisp.
- Pour in soy sauce and stir to coat, cooking for an additional minute.
- Serve hot, optionally garnished with sesame seeds.
Notes
This stir fry can easily be modified with other vegetables or proteins. Great served over rice or noodles.
