Ingredients

1/2 cup rolled oats

1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 banana, mashed (or 1 tbsp maple syrup)

1/2 cup milk of choice (almond, oat, dairy, etc.)

1 egg or flax egg

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Instructions
