- 1 pizza dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Olive oil for brushing
- Marinara sauce for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Prepare a clean surface with light flour.
- Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle about ¼ inch thick.
- Transfer the rolled-out dough onto a baking sheet.
- Brush olive oil over the surface of the dough.
- Add shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning over the cheese.
- Cut the dough into 1-inch wide strips with a sharp knife.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool for a few minutes and serve with marinara sauce.
Notes
Store leftover cheese sticks in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat from frozen at 350°F (175°C) for about 10-12 minutes.
