Description
Decadent fudgy brownies topped with pistachio cream, crunchy chocolate ganache, and crushed Ferrero Rocher a luxurious twist on the classic brownie for chocolate and pistachio lovers alike.
Ingredients
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup pistachio cream or pistachio spread
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
1/4 cup heavy cream
4 Ferrero Rocher chocolates, crushed
2 tbsp chopped pistachios for topping
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, whisk together melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
3. Add cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder; mix until just combined.
4. Pour batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
5. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs. Cool completely.
6. Spread pistachio cream evenly over the cooled brownies.
7. In a small saucepan, heat heavy cream until warm (not boiling), then pour over chocolate chips; stir until smooth.
8. Spread ganache over pistachio layer and sprinkle crushed Ferrero Rocher and chopped pistachios on top.
9. Chill for 30 minutes before slicing for clean layers.
Notes
You can use Nutella instead of pistachio cream for a hazelnut variation.
For an extra gooey texture, slightly underbake the brownies.
Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days, or freeze for up to 2 months.
