Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 racks baby back ribs
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Prepare the baby back ribs by removing the membrane from the back.
  3. Season both sides of the ribs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Mix the barbecue sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl.
  5. Prepare a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil and place the seasoned ribs with bones facing down.
  6. Cover the ribs with sauce mixture and then cover with a second piece of aluminum foil.
  7. Bake for 2.5 to 3 hours, then carefully remove the foil.
  8. Brush more sauce on top and broil for 5 to 7 minutes until the sauce bubbles.
  9. Rest the ribs for a few minutes, then slice and serve warm.

Notes

For enhanced flavor, marinate the ribs overnight in the spice mix or sauce. Adjust cooking time based on oven and rib size.
