- 2 racks baby back ribs
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Prepare the baby back ribs by removing the membrane from the back.
- Season both sides of the ribs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Mix the barbecue sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl.
- Prepare a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil and place the seasoned ribs with bones facing down.
- Cover the ribs with sauce mixture and then cover with a second piece of aluminum foil.
- Bake for 2.5 to 3 hours, then carefully remove the foil.
- Brush more sauce on top and broil for 5 to 7 minutes until the sauce bubbles.
- Rest the ribs for a few minutes, then slice and serve warm.
Notes
For enhanced flavor, marinate the ribs overnight in the spice mix or sauce. Adjust cooking time based on oven and rib size.
