Description
Thick and chewy cookies loaded with crushed Oreos, colorful M&M’s, and melty chocolate chips a fun, bakery-style cookie packed with crunch, color, and rich chocolate flavor.
Ingredients
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg + 1 egg yolk
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
3/4 cup M&M’s
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
3. In another bowl, cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
4. Add egg, egg yolk, and vanilla extract; mix until smooth.
5. Gradually mix in dry ingredients until just combined.
6. Fold in chocolate chips, crushed Oreos, and M&M’s.
7. Scoop dough into large balls and place on prepared baking sheets.
8. Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are set and centers are soft.
9. Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
Do not overmix once Oreos are added to avoid excessive crumbling.
Press extra M&M’s on top before baking for a bakery-style look.
Cookies stay soft for several days when stored airtight.
