Creamy, bite-sized Oreo cheesecake treats with a crunchy Oreo base and rich, velvety filling the perfect mini dessert for parties or anytime you crave something sweet and indulgent.
Ingredients
18 Oreo cookies (12 for crust, 6 chopped for filling)
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup sour cream
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Whipped cream or extra crushed Oreos for garnish (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a mini muffin tin with paper liners.
2. Crush 12 Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor.
3. Combine crumbs with melted butter and press about 1 teaspoon of the mixture into the bottom of each liner.
4. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
5. Add sour cream, egg, vanilla, and salt; mix until fully combined and creamy.
6. Gently fold in chopped Oreos.
7. Spoon the cheesecake mixture over each crust, filling nearly to the top.
8. Bake for 15–17 minutes, until the centers are just set.
9. Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
10. Top with whipped cream or crushed Oreos if desired.
Notes
For an extra-rich flavor, use double-stuffed Oreos.
These freeze beautifully — store in an airtight container for up to 2 months.
