These no-bake Valentine dessert cups feature layers of creamy cheesecake filling, crushed cookies, and sweet strawberry or raspberry topping an easy, elegant treat perfect for your loved ones.
Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup crushed graham crackers or chocolate cookies
1 cup strawberry or raspberry pie filling (or fresh berries)
Whipped cream and heart-shaped sprinkles for garnish
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract; mix until creamy.
3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
4. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until light and fluffy.
5. Layer dessert cups with crushed cookies on the bottom.
6. Add a layer of cheesecake filling, then a spoonful of fruit topping.
7. Repeat layers if desired and finish with whipped cream.
8. Garnish with heart-shaped sprinkles or chocolate shavings.
9. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
You can use any fruit topping — cherry, strawberry, or raspberry all work beautifully.
For a chocolate twist, add 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder to the cheesecake filling.
Make these a day ahead and refrigerate until ready to serve.
